Is there any tutorials on how 2 learn parkour (free-run) on the internet from the beginning??

parkour, like freerun... i want 2 learn free run on the internet from the very beginning, is there any tutorials 4 that?? there r tutorials on youtube but i dont know which 1s 2 start off first.. cos i want 2 start from the beginning.. not just look for random tutorials... Parkour is a great sport... like Gymnastics or Martial arts.. just look it up on youtube.. its even fun watching it!! its all about jumping and well.. just look it up, its awesome!! Report Abuse
